O suave sabor do peixe, mesclando com o tempero do dende, o frescor do coentro, os sabores distintos do pimentao verde, do pimentao vermelho, do pimentao laranja e do pimentao amarelo, juntando a docura do tomate maduro e a cremosidade do leite de coco fazem desse prato algo diferente... Bom de ser saboreado com arroz branco e uma musseline de batata saborizada com o molho de cassarola.

 

The mild taste of the fish, merging with the spicy oil palm, the freshness of the cilantro, the distinctive flavors of green bell pepper, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper and yellow bell pepper, adding the sweetness of ripe tomato and creamy coconut milk make this dish something different ... Good to be savored with rice and flavored potato mousseline sauce casserole.

Certos desafios nos sao dados para que possamos utilizar nosso cerebro, e os recursos que temos a mao, de forma que consigamos encontrar solucoes sem ter que bater muito a cabeca.

De uns anos para ca descobri meu amor pelos temperos, e por ai vi uma forma de me ocupar enquanto nao arrumo um trabalho. Mas tambem resolvi me ocupar e, quem sabe, fazer um extra para ajudar nas despesas de casa (que nao sao poucas).

Resumindo, estou com a determinacao de fazer comida para fora, o famoso buffet no Brasil, onde eu preparo a comida, organizo o ambiente de recepcao, arrumo a mesa, e proporciono um ambiente confortavel, estiloso e agradavel para a anfitria, ou anfitriao, receber seus convivas.

Aqui eles chamam de "catering", mas ainda acho melhor chamar de Buffet Petit Comite, algo mais intimista, onde os anfitrioes teriam condicoes de dar total atencao aos convidados, sem precisar lancar mao de extras, tipo mesas, pratarias, loucas e cristais para receber, podendo utilizar do que dispoem, com charme e graca.

Essa eh a proposta do Pettit Comite Buffet.

E a Peixada estilizada de forno, e o primeiro catering que preparo nos EUA. Tive que me adaptar para aproveitar o que dispunha, alem de poder deixar a anfitria a vontade na hora de servir seus convidados.

No Brasil eu comecei um estilo Pessoal Cozinheira, ou seja, eu ir na casa da pessoa e preparava in loco  o prato escolhido, dando aa pessoa, inclusive, a opcao de escolher se eu compraria os ingredientes, ou seria a encargo do (a) anfitriao (a).

Some challenges are shown in so we can use our brain , and the resources we have to hand , so that we can find solutions without having to hit the head too .
For a few years I discovered my love for spices , and saw there a way to occupy myself while not tidy work . But also decided to occupy myself and maybe make a little extra to help with household expenses ( which are not few ) .
In short , I have the determination to make food out , the famous caterer in Brazil , where I prepare food, organize the reception environment , set the table , and I provide a comfortable , stylish and pleasant environment for the hostess or host, receive the guests .
Here they call " catering" , but still I'd better call the caterer Petit Comite , something more intimate , where the hosts would be able to give full attention to guests without resorting to extra , type tables , silverware , china and crystal for receive and may use what dispoem with charm and grace .
This proposal and the buffet Pettit Committee .
And Peixada stylized oven , catering and the first in the U.S. to prepare . I had to adapt to take advantage of what had , in addition to power the mistress will leave in time to serve your guests .
In Brazil I started a personal chef style, meaning I go in the house and of the person preparing the dish chosen spot , giving aa person , including the option to choose whether I would buy the ingredients , or the charge would be ( a) Host (A ) .
